72-Hour Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations (required) 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will incur a $45 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file. We understand that emergencies happen. For medical-related cancellations, the fee may be waived if a doctor’s note is provided directly from the treating provider. Documentation must be sent to loveslslaser@gmail.com within a reasonable timeframe. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. This allows us to respect both our providers’ time and other clients waiting for availability.
